Question 1

How do the 1-1 consultation sessions work?

Accepted Answer

Sessions included in Guided and Executive tiers — and any extra sessions you top up with — appear in your user dashboard as a running balance. When you're ready to book, you reserve a session there and you're handed off to your Expert's scheduling link to pick a time.

Question 2

What is the psychological assessment in the Executive tier?

Accepted Answer

It's a coaching and development tool used to inform you about your coaching focus — not a clinical or diagnostic instrument, and it isn't reviewed by a licensed mental health professional unless stated otherwise.

Question 3

What is TIPPS | ACADEMY?

Accepted Answer

We are a premium educational platform offering Masterclasses from a growing roster of Experts across different industries. Each Masterclass is delivered via video, accessible at your own pace, and organized into chapters and modules you unlock as you go. We also offer 1-1 online consultations with Experts designed specifically to enhance growth and development & answer any lingering questions.

Question 4

How long will I have access to a Masterclass?

Accepted Answer

Access starts the day you purchase and runs for the period stated on that package (commonly 3 months for Foundation/Guided and 6 months for Executive). It's personal to your account and can't be shared, transferred, or resold.

Question 5

How are payments processed?

Accepted Answer

All payments are securely processed directly on our website through Stripe.

Question 6

Where do the live consultation sessions take place?

Accepted Answer

Sessions are conducted via Google Meet, which will securely open in a new tab to ensure maximum privacy and cross-browser compatibility.

Question 7

Will I get some certification upon completion of the Masterclass?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Once you complete a Masterclass, you'll receive a certificate — formal recognition from TIPPS | ACADEMY — which you can download from your user dashboard and share or add to your professional profile.

Question 8

Do you offer promotional discounts?

Accepted Answer

Occasionally, we distribute one-time-use promotional discount coupons to specific customer email IDs.

Question 9

What's included in each package?

Accepted Answer

Packages come in three tiers — Foundation, Guided, and Executive — and go progressively deeper. Foundation includes full video library access. Guided adds 1-1 online consultation sessions. Executive adds increased 1-1 consultation sessions, analysis of your own previously delivered presentations, and a psychological assessment. Exact pricing, access length, and session counts are set per Expert and displayed in their package menu.

Question 10

Can I track my course progress?

Accepted Answer

Yes, your user dashboard features a grid of your active Masterclasses, each displaying a localized progress bar.

Question 11

How long are the consultation sessions?

Accepted Answer

Each 1-1 consultation session lasts 60 minutes.

Question 12

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Refund requests must be made in writing within 7 days of purchase, and before you've used any consultation session or accessed more than 10% of the video content. Requests outside those conditions are considered at TIPPS's discretion — contact us and we'll take a look.

Question 13

Are there free courses available?

Accepted Answer

We offer free teaser videos for users to explore before committing to a paid tier.

Question 14

How do I schedule my session?

Accepted Answer

You can book a time slot directly from your user dashboard by clicking the "Book Session" button, which syncs with the Expert's available time slots.

Question 15

How do I sign in, and what devices does it work on?

Accepted Answer

Sign in with Google, Apple, or any other email address — no password needed. TIPPS | ACADEMY works on desktop, tablet, and mobile, across Windows, Android, and iOS.

Question 16

Can I purchase extra consultation sessions?

Accepted Answer

You can add up to 10 separate consultation sessions for a specific Expert directly to your cart at checkout.

Question 17

Do I have to book all included sessions at once?

Accepted Answer

No, you are not forced to book all sessions immediately; you can book them individually over time as you need them.

Question 18

What if I need to reschedule or miss a session?

Accepted Answer

Your user dashboard features a "My Schedule" tab where you can easily manage upcoming booked sessions. You can reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled or missed with less notice may be forfeited. Unused sessions don't carry over once your access period ends and aren't refundable for cash.
