This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for TIPPS | ACADEMY packages, including the video library and any one-on-one coaching sessions included with a package.
Refunds
Refund requests must be made in writing within 7 days of purchase, and before you have used any consultation session or accessed more than 10% of the video content.
Requests outside those conditions are considered at TIPPS's discretion. Contact us and we will review your request.
Rescheduling and cancelling coaching sessions
You can reschedule a booked session from the "My Schedule" tab of your dashboard with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled or missed with less notice may be forfeited.
Unused sessions
Unused coaching sessions do not carry over once your access period ends and are not refundable for cash.
