Last updated: July 31, 2026

The following disclaimer applies to all participants in the TIPPS (Training In Presenting and Public Speaking) video coaching program, including all tiers and any associated coaching sessions or assessments.

1. No Guarantee of Results

The TIPPS program is designed to build public speaking and executive communication skills through structured video content, coaching, and practice. Individual results vary based on effort, application, and circumstance. TIPPS makes no guarantee, express or implied, regarding specific outcomes such as career advancement, promotion, improved performance reviews, or business results.

2. Educational Purpose, Not Professional Advice

All content is provided for general educational and skill-development purposes only. Nothing in the program constitutes legal, medical, psychological, financial, or other professional advice. Where the program addresses topics such as anxiety, nervousness, or stress related to public speaking, it does so from a communication-coaching perspective, not a clinical one.

3. Psychological Assessment

The psychological assessment offered within the Executive tier is a coaching tool intended to support communication style development. It is not a diagnostic or clinical assessment, is not a substitute for evaluation by a licensed mental health professional, and should not be relied upon for any medical, psychiatric, or psychological purpose. Participants with concerns about their mental health should consult a qualified professional.

4. Physical & Breathing Exercises

Certain modules include breathing exercises (such as box breathing) and physical presence techniques. These are general wellness and performance techniques, not medical interventions. Participants with any relevant health condition should consult a physician before engaging in breathing or physical exercises included in the program.

5. Coaching Is Not Therapy

One-on-one coaching sessions included in certain tiers are focused on communication, presentation, and public speaking skills. They are not a substitute for psychotherapy, counseling, or other mental health treatment.

6. Case Studies & Examples

Case studies, client stories, and examples referenced throughout the program are drawn from real coaching engagements but are described in general or anonymized terms and are illustrative rather than guaranteed outcomes for any individual participant.

7. Third-Party Platforms

The program may be delivered via third-party video hosting, scheduling, or communication platforms. TIPPS is not responsible for the availability, security, or performance of third-party platforms used to deliver or access the program.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TIPPS and its coaches, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the program, reliance on its content, or use of any technique described within it.
