These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the TIPPS (Training In Presenting and Public Speaking) video coaching program, including the video library, tiered access packages, and any coaching sessions or assessments included with a package. By purchasing or accessing the program, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Program
TIPPS offers a video-based executive communication and public speaking course consisting of 24 videos across six chapters, made available under three tiers:
- Foundation — video library access for 3 months
- Guided — video library access for 3 months, plus 3 one-on-one online coaching sessions
- Executive — video library access for 6 months, analysis of previously delivered presentations, 6 one-on-one online coaching sessions, and a psychological assessment
TIPPS reserves the right to update course content, presenters, or delivery format at any time, provided the substantive value of the purchased tier is not materially reduced.
2. Access & Duration
Access to the video library begins from the date of purchase and expires automatically at the end of the stated access period (3 or 6 months, depending on tier). Access is personal to the purchaser and may not be shared, transferred, resold, or used by any third party.
TIPPS is not obligated to extend access beyond the stated period, except at its sole discretion or where required by applicable law.
3. Coaching Sessions
Coaching sessions included in the Guided and Executive tiers are delivered online and must be scheduled within the applicable access period. Unused sessions do not carry over beyond the access period and are not redeemable for cash or credit.
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited at TIPPS's discretion.
4. Psychological Assessment (Executive Tier)
The psychological assessment included in the Executive tier is a coaching and development tool intended to inform communication style and coaching focus. It is not a clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic instrument, and is not administered or reviewed by a licensed mental health professional unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5. Fees & Payment
All fees are quoted in US Dollars (USD) and are due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. TIPPS reserves the right to change pricing for future purchases at any time; changes will not affect packages already purchased.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing within 7 days of purchase and before any coaching session has been used or more than 10% of the video content has been accessed. Refunds outside these conditions are granted solely at TIPPS's discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
All video content, course materials, frameworks, and branding (including the TIPPS name and the Target, Insight, Practice, Performance, Sustain methodology) remain the exclusive property of TIPPS. Purchasing a package grants a personal, non-transferable license to view the content for your own development. Recording, downloading, reproducing, or redistributing course content without written permission is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
The program is provided for educational and developmental purposes. TIPPS makes no guarantee of specific outcomes, promotions, career results, or performance improvements. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TIPPS's total liability arising from the program is limited to the amount paid for the relevant package.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
10. Changes to These Terms
TIPPS may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
